M/S Bankey Bihari Ji Food Products (P) Ltd., a unit for frozen foods and vegitables, is promoted by Mr. Manesh Agrawal Bcom., LLB, ICWA and Ms.Bhavana Viswanath MBA, LLB .The promoters having an agrerian background from childhood and long years of experience in producing agricultural products and and marketing them in the domestic trade is setting up a modern unit for frozen foods and vegitabls with an estimated cost of Rs 14 crores at AGRA , well located keeping in view the availability of raw -materials as well as the place being recognised by The Government of India as an export processing zone for raw/ processed vegitables. The following end products will be in preiority.1.POTATO FRENCH FRIES .2.FROZEN PEAS and other VEGITABLES.3.FROZEN MANGOES and othr FRUITS. The configuration of the unit is designed in such a manner that a number of products can be processed as per availability during different seasons.The proposed capacity of the unit is to process one ton per hour of fruits and vegitables and the annual production is estimated to be 6000 MT.The plant will also have acold storage with acapacity of 4000 MT for raw meterials and 1000MT for finished products.
